We are a licensed, independent adjusting company with offices in Arizona and Iowa. We are expanding our coverage territory and are seeking skilled and experienced Field Adjusters to join our claims team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' verifiable experience handling commercial property claims for insurance carriers and/or independent adjusting firms. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have all the necessary equipment and transportation to complete thorough property field claim inspections per company guidelines.

General Description:

As a Field Adjuster, you must be proficient in preparing accurate scopes of damages to residential dwellings and commercial buildings, obtain appropriate photos during inspection to support scope of damages, investigate causation of losses if directed, adhere to tasks being assigned for claim and complete thorough Xactimate estimates if directed. Field Adjusters will work under the supervision of managers to ensure appropriate information/documentation is secured per company guidelines.

General Requirements for Consideration:

• High school or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

• Ability to work independently and follow directions / tasks completely

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role

• Possess Xactimate token and proficient with writing estimates

• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property

• Proficient with obtaining proper photographs to document damages

• Ability to prepare an accurate and comprehensive scope of damages

• Pass a background check

Compensation:

• The Field Adjuster position is compensated on an hourly basis for the reasonable and necessary time required to complete the directed activities

• Mileage to and from field inspections is compensated

• Incidental expenses will be considered with prior approval from manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Verifiable claim handing experience - residential and commercial property claims

• Ability to read, follow and complete tasks assigned

• Communication skills via email, text & phone

• Possess adjusters license as needed

• Reliable and accountable for assignments

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
